New Preliminary Statement of Policy Cost – Effective Monday, May 17, 2021

Effective Monday, May 17, 2021, the VUL Protector and SVUL Protector products will begin using the Preliminary Statement of Policy Cost (ORD 115326), in compliance with New York Regulation 74. ORD 115326 will be automatically generated with the illustration. The Illustration Certification (ORD 96599VUL NY) will no longer be allowed with VUL Protector and SVUL Protector in New York.
