California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 & Privacy Rights Act of 2020
With the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, privacy rights now include (but are not limited to) the following:
- The right to request personal information the business has collected about the resident, as well as how that personal information was used, known as the “request to know.”
- The right to request deletion of the personal information, known as the “request to delete.:
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information, known as the “request to correct.”

LTC policyholders now have an enhanced experience when signing in to Customer Access. Once they sign in, they will no longer need to log in to two websites in order to access their LTCi policy information.
