Introducing Prefill Data in the iGO® e-App
We’ve made entering client information in the iGO® e-App easier by adding the Data Prefill capability to new Final Expense Solutions Portfolio and Transamerica LifetimeSM applications.
The intelligent Data Prefill feature will reduce the chance for typos and make completing your application faster than before. Through our relationship with LexisNexis® , we can now automatically populate verified fields, such as date of birth (DOB), Social Security number (SSN), driver’s license number, gender, phone number, email, and the address of adults residing at the same location. (Mailing address is not prefilled.)
Data Prefill is available on all iGO applications after you validate the Primary Insured’s data. If you’re unsure about the data provided, you can choose to “Enter My Own” information or update the displayed prepopulated fields.
Privacy First
The prefilled data in iGO will be masked to protect your client’s information. Even when copied to a new page, not all data will be visible on the screen. When entered manually, the data will appear as typed while you’re on the field. All data will be printed on contracts, as required.
Examples of masking data:
- SSN — the last 4 digits are viewable
- DOB — the two-digit month and day are viewable
- Driver’s license — most of the numbers are viewable, with only the last 4 digits masked
Remote Signing Changes
Agent Screen
- If the signer has a SSN: the “PIN” field will no longer show the last “4 of the SSN” but instead display “Full SSN,” requiring a full SSN with dashes to be entered.
- If the signer has no SSN but they have an ITIN, the “PIN” field will be enabled, and a 4-digit PIN must be entered. (An error message will show if the PIN is less than 4 digits.)
Login Screen for Signatures
- The field “Last 4 of SSN” will now say “PIN (Last 4 SSN or full SSN, including dashes)”
- If your case was Locked before the remote signing changes, you will enter the 4-digit PIN
- Signers will enter their 4-digit PIN if they have no SSN
- Signers will enter their full SSN (with dashes) if they are a new or unlocked case.
