Important change coming on
September 30^th for new GIWL applications!

Guaranteed Issue Whole Life (GIWL) new business applications submitted on or after September 30^th, 2023 will require a new Agent Attestation form regarding any potential client’s existing annuity or life insurance coverage. 

The Agent Attestation form will be integrated seamlessly into the eApp. You will simply have to answer “yes” or “no” to two additional questions.

For eApp electronic submissions, any ‘In Progress’ or ‘Pending Signature’ applications must be submitted before September 30^th, 2023. All “In Progress” or “Pending Signature” applications will be deleted September 29^th 2023, at approximately 7 PM CDT.
