Effective July 1st, the following changes will go into effect:

• The minimum face amount on all final expense plans will change from $1,500 to $5,000.
• The minimum issue age on all plans will change from 50 to 55.
• The product (all plans) will be discontinued in Maine, New York and South Carolina.
