Nationwide price increase

With the low interest rate environment and other factors we will re-price CareMatters effective 1/10/21.  The average increase will be 8% on Single Pays and 11% on Multi-Pays…….in our target market (ages 40-65).

Key Dates:

Application signature date          January 10th

Application Receipt date              January 22nd

Funded/Placed date                     March 26th
