Photo ID capture requirement for New Vista E-Application
Attention all Final Expense Agents:
Please review this important update regarding New Vista E-applications through Apptical LiveApp (face to face sales only):
Effective April 19, 2021 the Apptical Mobile app must be used to scan a copy of your applicant’s Driver’s License or Photo ID card for identification capture to accompany the E-application submitted in the LiveApp web portal. This will expedite the application process and help to reduce common mistakes when entering client data. A copy of the ID card will also be stored with the application.
If your client does not have a State issued photo ID, you will need to use another application type (paper or voice signature).
The e-app process will support face-to-face sales using either a Laptop PC or iPad/tablet along with the Apptical Mobile app on your smartphone or tablet. It is available through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by searching “appticalmobile.”
Your login for Apptical Mobile is the same as your LiveApp web portal login.(Agents that already have LiveApp Apptical Mobile installed will need to run an update when they start using it for IDCapture.)

All Applications in Apptical LiveApp
Apptical is now sending email notifications to agents with LiveApp applications left incomplete or un-submitted more than 24 hours. If you do not complete the application within 72 hours, it will be withdrawn and cannot be re-opened. Please make sure your email address is up to date in your LiveApp account so that you may receive these notifications.
Voice Signature/Telesales Applications
The Voice Signature application process now delivers required documents and disclosures via text or email to the Owner/Proposed Insured so there is no need to email them manually. The client will receive a link to a blank application package as well as a 6 digit code to read back to you.
This is optional and the client can elect to listen to recorded playbacks of these required documents if they cannot access by text or email. Please note that if the Owner and Proposed Insured are different people, the recordings will be played during the health interview.
Paper Applications
Before submitting your paper application, please ensure the personal health telephone interview has been completed through Apptical (800-737-6972) and reference number is listed on the application.
You must return the completed application kit including the signed HIPAA authorization form to newbusinessprocessing@prosperitylife.com or by fax to 866-331-3074 within 48 hours of completing the Personal Health Interview (PHI) with Apptical, even if the client decides not to proceed with policy or is declined. It must be provided to us regardless of the outcome of the interview.
