This person I have been working with since Oct 2022 trying to get him a policy with North American. Since he retired from the Air Force getting medical records was difficult. Then the North American gave up. Levinson did not, it has been since May 2023 that I put in another application with Protective Life, and Kim Brown would give me weekly updates and what the next step would be.
